Hara tawa kabab
Ingredients
Carrot boiled 2 tbsp
Peas boiled 2 tbsp
Green beans finely chopped 2 tbsp boiled
Spinach blanched ½ cup
Potato boiled and grated 1
Cottage cheese grated ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Green chili chopped 1
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs as required
Method
Boil all the veggies and drain out the water very well, put vegetables in a food processor, make a fine mince and remove in a bowl, add in all the remaining ingredients and mix well, divide the mixture into balls, press each ball between your palms to give it a tikki shape. Heat oil on a tawa, fry kebabs on low flame till crisp on both sides, remove and serve .
Nariyal ka meetha:
Ingredients
Fresh coconut grated 1 ½ cup
Cashew nuts ground ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Condensed milk ¾ tin
Sugar 4 tbsp
Eggs beaten 6
Cooking chocolate milk 1cup
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Saffron soaked ½ tsp
Almonds , pistachios 2 tbsp
Method
Grind the coconut and cashew nut into a fine paste gradually adding the milk, mix in the condensed milk and sugar, fold in the eggs, add ghee, mix well, add the saffron, mix well, pour the mixture into the greased oven tray, sprinkle the sliced pistachios and almonds on top, bake in pre-heated oven on 150 d for 30 mins till light gold, serve warm or chilled.
Spiced mutton chops:
Ingredients
Mutton chops ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Other ingredients
Onion 1
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 5
Method
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion chopped until light golden, add ginger garlic paste, fry for 5 mins adding little little water, add all the dry spices, salt, fry for 5 mins, add in the grinded ingredients, put in the chops, pressure cook for 20 mins till chops tender, add in yogurt, lemon juice, leave it on dum till oil comes on top, serve with roti.
